BRYAN BEUS ART SHOW
Please join me at 7:00 on May 2nd, 2007 for a Beauxpaint Gallery Show. Refreshments will be provided.

It's the Harris Fine Arts Center, at Brigham Young University in the BF Larson Gallery. Provo, Utah

A PICTURE OF ALIETTE DE BODARD (WOTF 23)

Aliette is a winner to be published in WOTF 23. I had been asking for her picture so I could send it out with her press release -- in French -- and while I am not posting the press release here, I will share her photo. From Paris, France.

DAVE GOLDMAN (WOTF 21) JUST SOLD A NOVELLA

The January/February 2007 issue of Analog included a short story of mine. And in the past week, the same magazine just accepted a novella (!) from me.

AND FROM STEPHEN KOTOWYCH (WOTF 23) IN TORONTO, CANADA

Just wanted to let you know that I've sold a new story. "Citius, Altius, Fortius" will appear in the anthology Tesseracts 11 , scheduled for release from EDGE Books in November 2007 . It will be my third publication this year (and third publication ever, coincidentally :)

"Citius, Altius, Fortius" is a story about corporate nations, the Olympics, genetic modification, and how dreams have a way of not turning out the way you expect.

The Tesseracts series of books began in 1985 (the first volume was edited by Judith Merril) as a showcase for Canadian SF. Each volume is edited by a rotating group of notables in the Canadian SF scene. This year's editors are Holly Phillips and Cory Doctorow, and past editors have included WOTF judge Robert J. Sawyer.

Best wishes,
Stephen ( http://kotowych.blogspot.com/ )
