Special Message from contest judge Larry Niven

Dear All,

A very short and sweet message from contest judge and literary legend, Larry Niven:

To all contest entrants:

"I wish all of you the best and good luck with your
careers. You are already showing your smarts by
entering this contest. It is an excellent way to
get discovered and it keeps you writing." - Larry Niven

P.S. The last of the Honorable Mentions soon.

Then the semi-finalists and finalists will be announced,
for both contests -- all within the next week.

A word from Larry Niven? OMG! We are not worthy!

'Mote in God's eye' remains my all time favourite science fiction novel - (its sequel wasn't too bad either). Larry & Jerry P are the tops!
A message to Larry. More Mote please. Prequel if necessary. Join up with a WOTF winner if you and JP haven't got the time to write the whole thing yourselves. (Heck I'd write the thing if you gave me a detailed outline - and I haven't won zip in WOTF yet). We need more of the best envisaged aliens ever. MORE!
