“The Sun God at Dawn, Rising from a Lotus Blossom” by Andrea Kail looks to be the second story in the volume, as near as I can tell.

Title: "The Sun God at Dawn, Rising from a Lotus Blossom."
It is the second story in the anthology (not including the introduction by Algis Budrys).
I can say I really enjoyed the one-sided first-person narrative. It was a very unique writing style that I hope does well in the Nebula contest.
